I like to work in black and white in order to create timeless images that have character, but also with colours so that I can play with the lights and the beauty of the landscape. A perfect city for documentary wedding photo
The town is situated on the edge of the Landes de Gascogne, and offers a flowery and wooded landscape for wedding photo reportage in a natural and vegetal setting. We understand its nickname “the Sleeping Beauty” at nightfall, when all its monuments are highlighted by lighting effects that I can use to embellish my pictures.
Indeed, light is always a strong point to make a photo report that highlights the magic of your moments and these special lighting allows you to play with contrasts.
The city’s quays, ideal for a walk along the river, allow you to discover places that can serve as characteristic southern scenery: from the Place de la Bourse with its very famous water mirror for atypical photos with reflection effect, to the brick-coloured Stone Bridge, passing through the Porte de Bourgogne reminiscent of the Arc de Triomphe and ending at the authentic Saint Michel Basilica. So many places rooted in History and so many possibilities to immortalize yours with the diverse and varied colours and soft light of Bordeaux.

Not far from Bordeaux, the Atlantic Ocean stretches out its arms to you, with in particular Cap Ferret, a magnificent place to organize your wedding. I really like the quality of the light in Bordeaux and its surroundings.
Indeed, the Ocean to the west reflects a superb light in the afternoon that diffuses into the sky. This light makes it possible to create the strong images that all wedding photographers are looking for.
